Mature Rubber under tapping
The nutrient recommendation for mature Rubber under tapping is 75:75:75 gram NPK/plant. The quantity of straight fertilizers to get the above dose is worked out.
The fertilizers dose needed is 162 gram urea, 416 gram rock phosphate and 125 gram Muriate of Potash respectively per plant. The fertilizers have to be applied in split doses.
The first split has to be applied in April-May. The urea, rock phosphate, Muriate of Potash needed at this time is 81 gram, 208 gram, 63 gram respectively per plant.
The second dose has to apply in September-October and the dosage is 81 gram urea, 208 gram rock phosphate, 63 gram Muriate of Potash respectively.
Rubber not tapping without cover crop

The second dose has to apply in September-October (39th month after planting) and the dosage is 98 gram urea, 250 gram rock phosphate, 30 gram Muriate of Potash respectively.
Rubber at 3rd year
The nutrient recommendation for Rubber at 3rd year is 110:110:44 gram NPK/plant. The quantity of straight fertilizers to get the above dose is worked out.
The fertilizers dose needed is 239 gram urea, 611 gram rock phosphate and 73 gram Muriate of Potash respectively per plant. The fertilizers have to be applied in split doses.
The first split has to be applied in April-May (21st month after planting). The urea, rock phosphate, Muriate of Potash needed at this time is 119 gram, 305 gram, 37 gram respectively per plant.
The second dose has to apply in September-October (27th month after planting) and the dosage is 119 gram urea, 305 gram rock phosphate, 37 gram Muriate of Potash respectively.
Rubber at 2nd year
The nutrient recommendation for Rubber at 2nd year is 90:90:36 gram NPK/plant. The quantity of straight fertilizers to get the above dose is worked out.
The fertilizers dose needed is 195 gram urea, 500 gram rock phosphate and 60 gram Muriate of Potash respectively per plant. The fertilizers have to be applied in split doses.
The first split has to be applied in April-May (9th month after planting). The urea, rock phosphate, Muriate of Potash needed at this time is 98 gram, 250 gram, 30 gram respectively per plant.
The second dose has to apply in September-October (15th month after planting) and the dosage is 97 gram urea, 250 gram rock phosphate, 30 gram Muriate of Potash respectively.
Fertilizer should be evenly distributed over a circular band of 45 cm all around the base of young plant leaving about 15 cm from the base and slightly forked into the top five to eight cm of soil.
Rubber at 1st year
The nutrient recommendation for Rubber at 1st year is 45:45: 18 gram NPK/plant. The quantity of straight fertilizers to get the above dose is worked out.
The fertilizers dose needed is 100 gram urea, 250 gram rock phosphate and 30 gram Muriate of Potash respectively per plant.
The fertilizer has to be applied in September-October (Three months after planting).
Fertilizer should be evenly distributed over a circular band of 30 cm all around the base of young plant leaving about 7 cm from the base and slightly forked into the top five to eight cm of soil.
Lime or dolomite has to be applied in acid soils two weeks ahead of fertilizer application. Organic manure @ 12 kg/plant is recommended at planting time.
