Sugandhi (OD-19):  It is an improved variety of lemongrass released from AMPRS, Odakkali (KAU). Red stemmed with plant height 1 to 1.75 m. Profuse tillering habit.  Recommended for rainfed cultivation. Oil content 0.3 to 0.4 %. Citral content 84-86 %.
