Pink flower type: It is a variety of west Indian cherry recommended for cultivation in Kerala.  Flowers are pink and are born in clusters in leaf axils. Fruits are large in size and red coloured when ripe. Average fruit weight 6 g.

White flower type: It is a variety of west Indian cherry recommended for cultivation in Kerala. Flowers are white and are borne in clusters in leaf axils. Fruits are small and orange coloured when fully ripe. Average fruit weight 1 g.
