Kanjanghad: It is variety of sweet potato recommended for cultivation in Kerala. The variety is obtained through selection. Crop duration 105 – 120 days.

Sree Arun: It is a variety released from CTCRI, Trivandrum.  Early maturing, (90 days), Recommended for cultivation in the commercial sweet potato growing areas of Kerala. Spreading with cordate leaves and brown emerging leaves.

Sree Bhadra: It is a variety released from CTCRI, Trivandrum.  Early maturing. Short duration (90-105 days). Semi spreading variety. Used as trap crop for nematodes. Tubers fusiform, short in shape, pink skin and cream flesh colour. Tuber contains 33% dry matter, starch 20%, total sugar 2.9%, carotene content 972 IU/100g.

Sree Kanaka: It is a variety released from CTCRI, Trivandrum.  Short duration (75 – 85 days) variety with very high carotene (8.8 – 10 mg/100 g).

Sree Nandini: It is a variety released from CTCRI, Trivandrum. Early maturing, drought tolerant variety with 100 – 105 days duration and suited as catch crop in paddy fallows.

Sree Rethna: It is a variety released from CTCRI, Trivandrum It is a short duration (90-105 days), spreading variety. Early maturing, carotene rich orange fleshed variety. Tubers are rounded /spherical in shape with purple skin. Tuber contains 31% dry matter, 23%starch, 2% sugar & carotene content 3500 IU/100g.

Sree Vardhini: It is a variety released from CTCRI, Trivandrum. Crop duration 100 – 105 days. Open pollinated seed progeny. Semi spreading variety. Early maturing, carotene rich variety for food and feed. Carotene content 1200 IU/100g.Yield 20-25 T / Ha.

Sree Varun: It is a variety released from CTCRI, Trivandrum.  Highly palatable varieties. Recommended for cultivation in the commercial sweet potato growing areas of Kerala.   Spreading with 5 lobed leaves.
